You can setup your exchange mailbox on a Windows phone by following these instuctions. Please note that these for exchange mailboxes only and not normal ones (POP/IMAP) 1) On the Windows Start Page, swipe the screen to the left, then scroll down to the "Settings" section. Once on there, click on "Email + Accounts" 2) Select the Add an account > Outlook option 3) Enter your Email address and password that we gave you you when you bought the mailbox 4) If it says "We can't find your settings" then click the "Advanced" button. 5) Once there, set up the following settings correctly: \ email address: your full email address password: your password included with your mailbox user name: your full email address again domain: your domain name (example.com) \ Server: cluster1.exchange.outitgoes.com 6) Click on 'Complete'
